Background & Approach
My journey in technology began in August 1996 at TSCNet, working on early ISP systems infrastructure, Dial-Up/DNS/mail server support, and Layer 1/2 network troubleshooting. That early foundation built a deep appreciation for low-level protocol behavior, hardware reliability, and clean code architecture.
Over the past 29 years, I have expanded across complex gaming network data centers, enterprise IT environments, naval shipyard apprenticeship programs, and university mentorship roles. I specialize in systems thinking—diagnosing problems by inspecting root causes across the entire stack, from physical cabling and network packet flow up to serverless edge workers and database transactions.
